[Babo Kim rings the bell from the library and only a few seconds later he'll hear the faint jingling of another bell from the hall. It's a public space so Peach is immediately bounding into the room and approaching, the bell around her neck ringing as she moves.]
[She'll take the papers and look at them. These are truly terrible, and yet...]
These are perfect! [The worst is that she's actually very sincere.] Thank you! I know your other portraits were probably erased when Plum cleaned the house but these ones will be safe at least.
[That aside she's gently folding up the papers to slip into her pocket.] What did you want to ask?
[Pardon her, she's going to poke at his arm to see if he's serious. Judging by the look on her face though she's not exactly surprised even if she's unsure how to answer.]
I thought it was only one or two of you. [So someone's at least mentioned it.] Do you know what other things people have lost?
And it's affecting all of you differently? [It's sort of rhetorical because sight, touch and taste are all very different, obviously.] Nothing like this has ever really happened before. Have you ever experienced something like this where you're from?
It seems a little inappropriate to go around asking guests about their personal business, sir...[As curious as Peach is, she'll only ask questions if people seem open to that. It's part of the job here.]
If it's tied to a traumatic incident it might be. I don't want to offend any of our guests by asking them about lost senses, especially if they're someone who hasn't lost anything at all.
It's something we can look into. [She appears puzzled.] Nothing quite like this has ever happened during these events before. I almost wonder if it's because there's so many of you...like mass hysteria?
[Is it possible it's just in everyone's head? Hell if she knows, she doesn't always know how people work.]
We'll look into it and see if we can ask Master Blue. Weird things have happened before but nothing like this. But...it may take a day or two to get an answer with the workload the Master is under.
