For example, if someone asked for help that would harm another guest, is that fine? Is it only okay if you're planning to kill them?

If a guest really wanted to kill another guest, we wouldn't be able to, like, provide them with weapons or tie up a victim or whatever.

But if a guest wanted something that could potentially hurt someone, even if they weren't actively going to murder with it, would you give it to tehm?

I don't mean like, an obvious weapon.

We're not going to go around handing out baseball bats or anything, no. [She hums to herself.] We don't always ask why you request the things you request, but if we have reason to believe it might be something to cause alarm we'll ask and keep an eye on things.
