[That's hardcore and Peach, unfortunately, looks impressed. There's even a soft "whoa..." under her breath but she'll enter the room and shut the door. She remains standing for the time being between the bed and the door.]
Hopefully you won't have to do something like that here. [Just worry about losing limbs apparently.] But since I'm here...how may I help? [Questions? Blankets? Alcohol?]
[ beau gives her a flat look at the first part because she's DEFINITELY expecting some measure of having to survive grievous harm after this last week, but whatever. she'll let it slide. ]
Phoenix gave me painkillers the other day. You don't have anything stronger than the like, baby stuff? [ A beat. ] And - I wanted to ask you about the cards from home that just appeared last night.
Um...I can check. Do you know where Nick got them from? ["Nick." Okay, Peach. Also it helps her kind of pinpoint which sister Phoenix might have asked or if someone else has painkillers somewhere.
But the cards...she tilts her head.] I can answer what I can about your cards. They are yours, right?
Nah, not exactly. Master Blue has been working to locate your belongings, but some other things may have come through instead? Then again, the Master also likes giving gifts.
[She's also pulling out five pills. They're...children's aspirin instead of baby aspirin. They're trying.] These are a little stronger, but they're the best we can do for right now.
What makes you suspect the Master isn't human? [Like. Nobody's really outright assumed Master Blue isn't, so she's curious.
There's also a mild strangled kind of sound like she's going to stop her but uh. Oh. There they go. Her hand just. Kinda falls back to her side.] Those were sort of meant to last a little while...
[ oh well. anyway. ] Well - you guys aren't? You and your sisters are all kind of animals. Plus, like half my friends back home aren't human so I don't tend to assume. For all I know Master Blue could be a tiefling, or a like, a dragon, or something like that.
Yeah, I'm considered human. Tieflings are like - I dunno, they're demonlike. I think how it works is they have demon blood. They're usually crazy colors like red, blue or purple, and they have tails, horns and fangs, sometimes.
[She looks at her hands, looks at Beau, looks at her tail?? Hm...]
I don't think the Master qualifies as a tiefling, but that sounds kind of cool. [:o This isn't the point, but this is the easily derailed NPC.] Master Blue is Master Blue, and once some responsibilities are taken care of I'm sure we can arrange for you to meet one another.
[She can't help it. She makes a face at Asch's name but she's gonna move on!!! I also realized she should be calling her Miss Beauregard but no she's Miss Beau now. Why not.]
I was wondering. You're all essentially strangers in this house...but would you be able to work with them in the future? Even if you may disagree sometimes?
You can say he's an asshole, I won't tell anybody. Promise. [ In fact. She reaches out to pinky promise it. she's definitely going to come back around to what peach was gonna say but FIRST IT'S ASCH DUNKING HOURS. ]
[...she considers...before okay, she's locking her pinky around Beau's and SIGHING LOUDLY. Beau is her new favorite for the next however long.]
It's like he doesn't even know how to be fake-nice! [And then she's taking on an accent that sounds like it's maybe supposed to be Asch.] "Give me my demands! Did you come here to waste my time?!"
[And back to Peach-voice:] I want to believe there's some good there, but he seems kind of selfish. [:T]
Honestly? I think there might be some in there. He's less of an asshole to Issac and Luna, I think. I've known people like him before. [ A pause. ] I could kick his ass for you?
I don't know if I'd go that far, even if the offer's appreciated. [She'd just fight Asch herself but that also goes against her original point. Which was!] Do you think even people like that could learn to work with others in this house?
Perhaps the most important thing you can do to help is see how long people will continue working together. The rules are in place as a precaution, but if the house no longer needs them they can be removed.

Anyway. I kind of just wanted to see if it worked, but - since you're here. [ back into the room she goes, flopping out on the bed. oof. ]

I mean, kind of? They're a friend of mine's. But I'm holding onto them, it's just - how'd you get them? Did you pull them out of my world?

... Thanks, though. I'll try these. [ she has no idea how medicine works so she'll just slam back all five of them at once. hm. ]

One of my best friends is a blue one.

Miss Beau, may I ask you a question? [This may be related.] How have you been getting along with others here? Do you find them to be easy to talk to?

I guess, yeah? I've worked with a lot of people I disagree with. Like a lot, a lot. [ A pause. ] You don't like Asch either, huh.
no subject
It's not that I dislike him...we must treat all of our guests the same regardless of their demands. [...] But he seems incredibly difficult.
[So no. Not his biggest fan, but she's Dealing.]

Yeah, probably. Even if we disagree, we can work together towards something. Dire situations like this usually makes it necessary.
