They are...! It's certainly not easy keeping watch over all of us either.

Though I've never been able to determine if they inherited the land or how they came to own it. Given how large and self sufficient it is I'm sure aruji has some sort of means.

How large is it, exactly?

Very Large. The grounds we live in must over many acres and with the stables, and gardens and the shrines and aruji's building itself..... I couldn't even begin to say.

Yes. The house has many horses. We do not use these for battles, however, they are simply...pets?

Ours are as well for the most part. We probably spend more time with them in the citadel than out of missions.

That is probably for the best. Horses have never stricken me as the most... courageous of creatures.

They're rather skittish, aren't they? There's always quite a commotion when they think they saw a mouse.

If only it was only with mice, sir. They do the same thing when a duck happens upon their stables sometimes.

They certainly don't like it when there are smaller creatures.

I do not think they like it much when there are bigger creatures, either.

I suppose it's understandable. They do not know which small creature and which big creature is one they should worry about, so they are wary of everything.

It certainly makes things difficult when they need to be brushed.

As a way to disguise ourselves in modern times, we travel and perform as an idol group! It's rather difficult to openly carry weapons after all yet people seem to not mind if you say it's part of the performance. We all seem to have a talent for it too....!

I see ... so it's a cover story, but one you enjoy. I do believe those are quite rare. [ she hums a little ] I do not sing or dance myself. I am, however, something of a musician.

Yes. I can play the piano, the pipe organ, the violin, and the ukulele.
