Even if I know now it was a bad idea, at the time I had every reason to believe the motive was legit. And I'd rather be a killer than any of the softies here.

The thing about it is...this house likes to mess with everyone and make them act and question each other. I don't know if anyone can really be that upset if you thought the motive was real. Even knowing it was fake, I'm sure other people still thought "what if", you know?
