[ chuuya rings the orange bell from the game room, and almost immediately, pumpkin comes through the doors to join him. unlike the bored expression she usually wears when she's doing official staff duties, she's looking pretty chipper today! ]
[It annoys her a little that they spend all of Saturday cleaning up, but Sunday when she's available and the bell rings, she immediately ventures off to find Chuuya. Stepping outside, Chuya can probably hear the soft jingle of the bell around her collar as she closes the back door. She's also wearing the beanie Plum made her yesterday.]
Good afternoon, sir. Wanna go for a walk? [They're outside. It might be nice.]
[Luckily the ducks are okay. The ducks might be getting used to this shit, tbh, but Peach seems to be leading them that way anyway.]
That's right. You know...I've learned a lot about most of the guests here, but I feel like I'm always learning something new. I'd be curious to hear why you see things differently. That's okay to ask, right?
We only speak to guests during trials and should they call upon us. It isn't right to be bothering them unnecessarily. [On the other hand she doesn't mind if he's focused on himself. That's kind of what she wants anyway.]
We don't spy on our guests either. Everything you say to each other usually stays between you guys, unless someone tells us later. Are you used to people eavesdropping on you? [There's a light smile.] We really only know what's on your plaques and what we observe in our conversations with you.
After a while you get used to people saying things publicly or telling you on their own anyway. [Chuuya...but he's so valid.]
Master Blue is the one who provided us with the information after it was obtained. It makes sense for the Master to know about everyone in this house, doesn't it?
[She's nodding along.] The Master usually picks people of interest, so that should give you an idea. [She folds her hands behind her back as they walk.]
Member of the mafia and ex-leader of...the Sheep? Which is what, a different mafia? Were you like a mob boss? [Lio's profile straight-up says terrorist on it, she genuinely wouldn't be surprised.]
So just kind of a convenience. [There's a hum of understanding even if she might not totally get it.] If you didn't want that, what is it that you did want?
[Chuuya rings the bell in front of the Master bedroom and...the door swings open? It's a little dark inside, but it seems as though there's something of a living room/guest area that he's entering. He can't quite see yet, but soon he'll hear a soft, echo-y voice as chills run up his spine.]
[He's trying to keep calm, but the dark is making his bird-heckles rise up a bit. That voice sure doesn't help either, and his wings get a bit ruffled before he shivers and they flatten back down.]
[As Chuuya enters the room, the lights will flicker on and show off a very different room. Seated on the floor in this room is a figure who seems to be watching Chuuya idly.]
...yes. [There's a pause before they seem to remember something.] Greetings. [Hewwo. It's helpful to be polite.]
...okay. [Just okay. Sometimes that's all you can really deal with in this crazy house.] Welcome. [And they gesture for Chuuya to have a seat somewhere.]
[Be grateful, that's what Peach said. He'll have to remember to tone down his usual way of speaking and actually be nice about this.
He does take a seat when indicated, opting to sit cross-legged on the floor a bit away from Blue to match them. That seems like the polite thing to do.]
Thanks for taking the time to speak to me, by the way. Peach said I should try, and that we might have some things in common.
[Chuuya's already doing better than someone who screamed upon seeing Blue and sent them scuttling under the bed, so. Congrats on that. Now they're both siting on the floor.]
...yes. [There's a nod. Peach may have told Blue Chuuya would arrive, given they don't seem entirely surprised by this news.] ...talking may help.
[As he starts to talk, he points to his own chest.]
I don't really know how it all works, but I'm connected to a god in my world. Arahabaki. We're separate beings, I think, but sometimes it's hard to tell where 'he' ends and 'I' begin.
Is it the same for you and the house? Or even kinda like that?
[They're nodding along because they do know that much about Chuuya. Blue has an app-understanding of the guests and special abilities and traits they have.]
...similar. We are similar, but not exact. But we are together...separation is necessary to help.
[The house does things and Blue tries to fight against it but it doesn't always work. Hence, yeah, they're separate beings but it's hard to say who's doing what sometimes.]

W4, SUNDAY POST-EXECUTION
Good afternoon, sir. Wanna go for a walk? [They're outside. It might be nice.]
no subject
Yeah, now that the pyrotechnics are done.
[Time to walk around the pond! Hopefully the ducks are ok.]
You wanted to talk at the trial, right? About what I believed in.
no subject
That's right. You know...I've learned a lot about most of the guests here, but I feel like I'm always learning something new. I'd be curious to hear why you see things differently. That's okay to ask, right?
no subject
Well we haven't really talked much before, so there's plenty you have to learn about me.
[And boy is Chuuya self-centered enough to talk about himself at length!]
You can ask, sure. But before I explain, how much do you already know about me? Have you girls been eavesdropping on my conversations with the others?
no subject
We don't spy on our guests either. Everything you say to each other usually stays between you guys, unless someone tells us later. Are you used to people eavesdropping on you? [There's a light smile.] We really only know what's on your plaques and what we observe in our conversations with you.
no subject
[It's a good thing Chuuya isn't one of the housekeepers here.]
So, you three didn't write those profiles, huh? Any idea who did?
no subject
Master Blue is the one who provided us with the information after it was obtained. It makes sense for the Master to know about everyone in this house, doesn't it?
no subject
But you know, I'm a bad guy in my world. That's why I think differently from the others here.
no subject
Member of the mafia and ex-leader of...the Sheep? Which is what, a different mafia? Were you like a mob boss? [Lio's profile straight-up says terrorist on it, she genuinely wouldn't be surprised.]
no subject
[But that's in the past, so yay.]
I was never a good leader anyway, I don't know why they wanted me to be one.

W5, TUESDAY
Chuuya Nakahara...?
no subject
Yeah, that's me. You're Blue, right?
no subject
...yes. [There's a pause before they seem to remember something.] Greetings. [Hewwo. It's helpful to be polite.]
no subject
This is fine. He can handle this.]
Hi. I guess it took me a while to finally come visit you. How are you doing?
no subject
...okay. [Just okay. Sometimes that's all you can really deal with in this crazy house.] Welcome. [And they gesture for Chuuya to have a seat somewhere.]

That's good to hear.

Dazai might be able to help. His power, it turns powers 'off'. When he touches me, I can't feel Arahabaki anymore.
Maybe that could help you too? So you two could be separate.
no subject
...dangerous while we are not separated. Powers...have been misused. [...and to clarify:] ...yours were turned off to help.
no subject
[But they need to separate them huh? That's going to be tricky.]
Alright, so it sounds like we need to separate you two. You've been at this for a while, right? Do you have any insights to share?
