i'm gonna be honest. toi actually thought he and ash probably would have gotten along so he made a point to attempt to avoid ash so fuckin rip

but like, all of their interactions were dumb? they kept challenging each other and were assholes to each other but in a like, VERY SIMILAR TYPE OF HUMOR WAY??? so it made toi think, "oh if we actually sat down and talked we might get along well" and so he decided that he must never sit down and talk to ash because toi was actively avoiding getting along with people. and with everyone else, their personalities were like different enough that toi figured he oculd get away with a lot of stuff, but he was not sure if he could do so with ash

if anything, he appreciated that people seemed to depend on ash and that he was helpful and did work. he was good at getting people to calm down and focus, even though sometimes it meant that ash was chastising toi for being a dumb kid. that annoyed him!! but at the end of the day, he could still nod his head and respect that it was happening because ash did have a point to tell them to stop being stupid

but yea we avoided cr yet again becks i'm so sorry
