PROFESSORS

It's an ordinary Tuesday. Whether you rose with the sun or enjoyed a little lie in, the day proceeds as it has just like the days before it. However, sometime in the early afternoon you soon feel an increasing sense of curiosity that compels you to open the nearest door. No matter where you are, this door leads you to a small, cozy office. The fireplace crackles, soft lights illuminate the furniture around the room, and the three members of Master Blue's staff immediately rise to their feet.

"Greetings, Professor!"

ROLE INFORMATION

Every Tuesday, Professors will be allowed to choose one guest to learn of their whereabouts and ongoings in the mansion. The Professors must agree on who this person is, as they are only allowed one choice per week. Once the Professors have selected a pick, the staff will provide them with a list of guests their pick has spoken with in the past week, locations they have visited, and other relevant information.

Professors will also be able to send one anonymous message to one guest in the game per week. This person may not be the same as their other pick, and the Professors do not have to agree on a recipient. Should a note not be sent that week, the opportunity will be lost.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

The Professors will be allowed to ask questions about the ongoings of the mansion. They will also be able to receive small hints should they perform well, including game mechanics, locations and more. However, the staff have final say as to what information is shared. Be sure to pick your questions wisely!

While teamwork is encouraged, it's not required. That decision is up to you.

I suppose I do have one more question for you, however. The oddity that affected Nikki-san... Mammon-san and I are not immune to it, correct?

[ the lounge...... but she shakes her head ]

I'm afraid not. If we could immunize people, we would have already gone ahead. The Master barely managed to make a vaccine against the disease Miss Nikki was carrying before the trial this weekend.

[ unfortunately, no one could have caught rabies and died last trial, ]

... A vaccination, not a cure?

[Plum, are you implying they all got their shots at some nebulous point between Haruka biting it and the trial.

He nods, though, and then... pauses. Looking at her with mild concern.]

What about you and your sisters? Will you three be alright?

[cluedin]

The Master called it... "a shot against super rat rabies".

[ is she actually quoting or is that just what pumpkin called it later and that's what she remembers because she didn't care? mysterious. ]

I believe so. We were not affected by any of the issues that seemed to plague the guests last week. Or... this week?

[ she looks at his tentacle'd arm ]

[miscakes]

And this shot was already administered...?

[At this point he'd believe it. Master Blue sounds whack.]

What about your master? It would be troublesome of the one who brought us here became a victim as well.

[cluedin]

No. It was made in case of an emergency, should someone be bitten during Saturday and Sunday's events.

[ "events". anyway she hums a little ]

No, the Master was not affected either. Of course, we were all locked in the same as you last Thursday night... I suppose my sisters and I are not immune to injury, either.

[miscakes]

An antidote, then.

[PHEW. He sure did think they got their shots while passed the fuck out for a moment there.]

... I'm surprised to hear you were locked in, too. Was that Master Blue's doing?

[cluedin]

As it prevented us from doing our work when we were called, I highly doubt it.

[miscakes]

Ah... I'm sorry to hear that. It must have been quite a shock.

In that case, do you believe it's related to the oddity? Akira and I woke up with a "status effect" of sorts on Friday morning as well, if you know anything about it.

[cluedin]

[ the bunny is not the right person to talk video games with, akechi, ]

Yes... Should I call it a curse, instead? [Is that easier to understand...] We were unable to answer questions with anything but cryptic messages.

I am not entirely certain. Odd things do tend to happen in this house... Were you the only two affected by a curse, sir?

[miscakes]

No, the group that fell asleep in the library woke up to another curse entirely.

[GALO, THE RAT ENCYCLOPEDIA...]

[cluedin]

I see... Perhaps it was due to contact with the rats?

[ but she doesn't sound certain. also reminder that rats touched you. ]

[WHY WOULD YOU REMIND HIM OF THE RATS.]

... Would your master know anything about about it?

[cluedin]

I do not believe the Master was aware of these effects, but I will ask.
