Yes. I'm afraid the Master may not be available for quite some time. Master Blue can be rather... finicky, when it comes to interacting with... people.

So there's nothing to do but sit tight and wait until he's ready for us, huh. If that's the case, Peach said I should talk to you about getting a broomstick. I won't use it to attack anybody, if that's the concern. It just... having something like that makes me feel calmer, and I can breathe better.

I'm afraid we are still searching for your personal effects, sir. [ she looks a little annoyed. probably that they are lost in the first place!!! ] But I can procure you a broomstick, now that the Valentine's Day party is over.

[ HE LOOKS EXCITED about his stupidly specific broomstick qualifications, he is willing to forgive misplaced belongings if he can have this ]

[ He just starts rattling off cleaning supplies. Please, Plum, they're comfort objects. He carries them around with him everywhere. ]

I can provide you those specific objects and two broomsticks, sir, but as these are coming out of my own personal supply, I would appreciate it if you did not keep rattling off new ones.

[ She's here to serve the guests, right... But Ayabe looks happy enough with that much— he was happy to get even just the one Wakayama broom— so he stops himself from asking for anything more.

I appreciate all this. I think I'll be okay if I had this much... One last thing, do you have something I could carry them around in? I used to use a guitar case, that's why I wanted mine back.

[ It doesn't have to be his guitar case, though he'd love that back for other reasons. Just something to carry everything with him so he's not. You know. lugging around two broomsticks and a bucket and a dust cloth and pan everywhere. ]

[ she tilts her head in thought. she seems to be considering what could potentially hold all of this that isn't a, apparently, giant guitar case with no guitar in it... ]

...We do have wagons.

[ Somehow, his is a normal sized guitar case. But he also does have a collapsible broom he hides inside a secret compartment of a book later in canon. He makes it work. ]

Is there anything else...

I'm afraid not at the moment, sir. Perhaps I will add it to the list of supplies. Would you like the wagon in the meantime?

[ He really does not! But.

[ she leaves the room briskly ...

and comes back maybe two minutes later with all his the cleaning supplies he has requested!

[ I hope this wagon will only be used for wholesome things like carting around Missile and not dead bodies. ]

Thanks, Plum. That was fast. Where did you get all this? Was there a supply closet down the hall?

[ Not saying it like he would raid it! but maybe he would raid it. if necessary. just to snoop around to see what else there is, it's going to be the only place he feels like he's at home. ]

In houses such as these, there are ways for servants to get around quicker, sir.

And they're for servants only, not for guests?

[ He's thinking secret passages and dusty crawlspaces, but maybe they're not dusty if the housekeeper uses it. If it is dusty, he could make it spotless! Just let him in on it. Make him an honorary housekeeper. ]

The doors are currently locked as the yard is not ready for guests, sir.
