The rules usually don't allow it. We weren't even sure this would work, Miss 45 still took a risk trying today. [A pause.] ...Hunter spoke to me on Thursday and showed me the syringe they found in the morgue. I'm not sure where it came from, but it looked very similar to the antidote we've been trying to study and create ourselves. Our efforts haven't been entirely successful so far, but the completed product they had saved Hunter today.
Perhaps if we had that option last week...we could have saved Asch, too. I guess you could call it a loophole.
