Pumpkin likes lemon meringue best! Probably because it's sweet and sour. [As for her...hm.] I usually stick with coconut cream though.

It's pretty hard to mess up the crust. It's the filling and the bake time you've really gotta watch out for. [Then again if anyone can fuck it up, it's Phoenix, so.]
