Normally people should only say they're sorry if they mean it, but it kinda sounds like you mean it a lot more than other people. [Hunter are you okay.] ...besides, guests shouldn't have to apologize to the staff.

Crutches are supposed to be a little shorter so that you're hunched and applying your weight, right? We've never used them before.

I think so. These are going to be different no matter what, since they don’t have the handholds, but... We can start there.

Would it be possible to make handholds, you think? [Time to size these sticks up.]

That's kind of up to you, isn't it? I mean... You're probably more familiar with what's around here than I am.

Yeah but you're more familiar with medicine and stuff than I am. I don't know how these things work.

I'm... not sure where you got that idea, I don't know anything about medicine.

I've never seen a pair of crutches up close.

Yeah, I guess you could say that.

If others have used them in this house, I've never seen them. You'd have to ask the others.

[He looks thoughtful after she says that.]

Is this the first time you've really been able to get to know any of the guests?

[cluedin]

Sort of. We've had a lot of guests since we started working with Master Blue but not all of them wanted to be friends or ask much from us. Some of them kept to themselves the whole time they were here. And other times we were too busy helping the Master to really get to know them ourselves.

Is this time a good change, then? I mean, if you didn't get to know the others too well... I bet I'm not the only person who's been talking to you, at least.

Akira's really nice. So's Phoenix. And Beau is really cool and Ken's very sweet...[Those are just people that've left a good impression on her.] Most of the people we've gotten to speak to this time have been pretty okay. But there's still a lot of the guests that haven't spoken to us at all.

Well... I'll cross my fingers that it changes soon.

After what happened last weekend I'm not sure it'll change much, but that's sweet. [...she picks up two of the triangle racks used to gather billiard balls and weighs them in her hands like they might work as handholds.]

Do you have glue or tape or anything?

I think I could find a little tape. Glue wouldn't make these stick, would they?
